Mineralia fulfils my desire to try to get to know the rocks of the territories I wolk on, to imagine solid natural landscapes and to possess some samples.
I have designed rings and necklaces. The rings – almost all of them – once worn hide the part properly called “stem” leaving visible to the eyes only the mineral in the top, as if it were resting on the back of the hand, above the fingers. In my investigation I collected stones on the beaches, fragments of rocks in the mountains, purchased minerals similar to mountain miniatures and I also acquired small and ancient fossils.
